How to Order & Delivery Info

How do we order: Email or SMS Chris Reid to order.

Delivery Times: Friands are delivered on Thursdays or Fridays or negotiated otherwise in order enquiry.

Delivery locations / Costs: Free delivery within 10km of West Lakes Shore. For distances beyond 10km, delivery fees will be discussed at the time of ordering.

Pick up available: Pick up from 46a Newcombe Ave West Lakes Shore is available at no cost.

Pick up Times: Negotiated with order enquiry.

Order Cut Off Times: Orders for Thursday delivery need to be in by 1pm Tuesday. Orders for Friday delivery need to be in by 1pm Wednesday.

Minimum order: Our minimum order is 6 friands for either pickup or delivery. You’re welcome to mix and match flavours. 

How do I pay: Invoice will be sent on ordering, eft before delivery or cash / eftpos on delivery.

Product Information

Shelf life: 5 days from delivery.

Do you offer gluten free, vegan and nut free cakes: All friands are gluten and dairy free, our ‘Date Night’ Friand is nut free. Our Friands are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present, but ingredients are stored in a separate cupboard.

Ingredients list: Not all ingredients are listed. Please email or SMS Chris if you have a specific allergy.

Do you use packet mix: No, our Friands are handcrafted and baked fresh from scratch using the best quality ingredients.

Do you do customer flavours: No, we have seven unique flavours using recipes created by our chef that will be sure to satisfy you.

What size are the frainds: Weight 65-75 grams approx.

How are they packaged: Packaged in white cardboard cake boxes.

Quality Assurance: We’re a home based food business certified by City of Charles Sturt with a five star food safety rating.
