How to Order & Delivery Info
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can order online, or contact Chris Reid via email or SMS.
Q: When do you deliver or offer pickup?
A: Delivery and pickup are available Tuesday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You will receive a text from Chris to confirm your delivery or pickup time.
Q: Where do you deliver and what are the delivery costs?
A: We deliver to suburbs within metropolitan Adelaide. Delivery is free within 10 km of West Lakes Shore, and a flat $10 delivery fee applies for addresses beyond 10 km. If you are outside metropolitan Adelaide, please get in touch to see if we can arrange delivery.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes. Pick up is available from 46a Newcombe Ave, West Lakes Shore at no cost.
Q: What is the order cut off time?
A: Please place your order by 3 pm the day before your preferred delivery or pickup day.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Yes. Our minimum order is 6 friands for either pickup or delivery. You are welcome to mix and match flavours.

Q: What is the shelf life of your friands?
A: Our friands are best enjoyed within 5 days from delivery.
Q: Do you offer gluten free, dairy free, vegan or nut free cakes?
A: All friands are gluten and dairy free. Our Date Night friand is nut free. Our Mr Bugsy is Vegan. Our friands are prepared in a kitchen where gluten is present, but ingredients are stored in a separate cupboard.
Q: Can I see a full ingredients list?
A: Not all ingredients are listed online. If you have a specific allergy, please email or SMS Chris and we will confirm the details for you.
Q: Do you use packet mixes?
A: No. Our friands are handcrafted and baked fresh from scratch using the best quality ingredients.
Q: Do you do custom flavours?
A: No. We offer ten unique flavours using recipes created by our chef that are designed to satisfy a range of tastes.
Q: What size are the friands?
A: Each friand weighs approximately 65 to 75 grams.
Q: How are the friands packaged?
A: Your order is packaged in white cardboard cake boxes.
Q: Are you a registered food business?
A: Yes. We are a home based food business certified by the City of Charles Sturt with a five star food safety rating.
